Independent security and risk assessment.
Sentinel Risk Group exists to provide independent, comprehensive perspectives on your security as it currently stands, and what could be done to improve it. We combine approaches from over 50 years' experience in Fire, Police, and Military Counterintelligence to dissect potential and existing issues, then provide custom responses and solutions based on your unique circumstances.
Everyone who contacts us is carrying a different concern. Some have had an incident, others have an insurance review coming up or a board asking questions they cannot fully answer, and some simply have a sense that something about their security does not hold up. Before we recommend anything, we take the time to understand your situation, including the property, the people who work in it, the history, and what is actually prompting the call.
Our clients have less in common by industry than by situation.
They hold real responsibility for protecting people or property, and most of the advice available to them comes from someone with something to sell.
We have worked with independent pharmacies managing controlled substances, dispensaries operating under heavy regulation, property managers carrying liability they cannot always see, and private communities and high-value residences where the people involved have specific concerns about their safety. The settings vary widely, but the underlying need stays the same, which is a clear and independent understanding of where the real exposure is and what should be done about it.
If your situation does not fit neatly into any of these, that is usually a good reason to talk rather than a reason not to.
An outside read, with nothing riding on the answer.
We do not sell anything but the assessment.
We have no financial relationship with any alarm company, camera manufacturer, or guard service, and we accept no referral fees. When we tell you that something is worth doing, or that it is not, there is no commission riding on the answer.
Every assessment starts from your operation.
What we find on site, including the layout, the staff routines, and the history of what has gone wrong before, is what drives our recommendations. We do not fit you into a template or steer you toward a product.
We have seen what happens when security fails.
Our backgrounds are in Fire command, law enforcement, and Army Counterintelligence. We spent decades arriving after the incident, which is a useful vantage point when the goal is keeping you from having one.
Start with a conversation.
The first conversation is free and carries no obligation. Tell us who you are and what is prompting the call, and we will give you an honest read on whether and how we can help. If we are not the right fit, we will tell you that as well.
